PP Amex – Two Issues

Hey All,

Was wondering if anyone can help with an issue I have.

My wife has a supplementary AMEX Plat and couldn’t apply the entitlements. Tried using the amend option and still the entitlements aren’t available to add. Her account appears to be linked to the amex (when you click account on the app you see the PP and Amex logos) and PP support say they can’t help. Anyone know what I can do at this stage?

@safetycard – if you are referring to the ‘free’ PP pre-booking ‘entitlements’ these apply to the primary cardholder only. The primary can’t transfer or use their own for the benefit of the supplementary cardholder.

Ah – that’s the problem then. I didn’t realise they weren’t available on the supplementary card. So just to be clear the supp card gets their normal PP but can’t use it to book any pre-booked spaces for free?

Yes, that’s correct. As the primary cardholder you can still pre-book (for ‘free’) for the supplementary cardholder as long as you are present.
