    Hi, just wondering if anyone else has had issues with their Barclays Premier upgrade voucher posting. The Premier Team emailed me on 18th December saying “Look out for your complimentary British Airways Executive Club account. If it’s not already there, it should be with you within 5 working days.”

    By my reckoning it’s now been 9 working days since 18th December but the voucher has not posted.

    Last year’s voucher posted no problem and my Barclays Avios Plus voucher posted no problem in late November.

    I guess I complain to Barclays first and expect to be passed back and forth between Barclays and BA!

    I would probably wait a few more days before escalating, but have a look at my latest post in the thread about the voucher being issued with less than 2 years expiry, and how to get something resolved without the back and forth.

    Hint: email the Barclays CEO!

    In case this helps anyone else…I eventually realised that the voucher already in my account was actually the Barclays Premier one and not from the credit card.

    It had been triggered on 20th November and posted on 24th November but the email saying I was getting it wasn’t until 18th December and that was what caused the confusion!
