Trying to do a -355 booking for next Dec. (although also played around with other dates).
Plenty of availability showing, but each time it says
“Sorry, there’s a problem with booking this journey online”.Any ideas? Just ring?
I’ve been having the same issue since Christmas Eve. I successfully booked a Finnair Avios redemption on 18/12 but since 24/12 I cannot price anything up. I’ve spoken to a BA agent who couldn’t book either. I posted on Flyertalk and only one response from someone with the same issue who is a Gold so phoned the gold line and they said they would manually process his request once it starts working again.
Problem occurs for all Finnair routes on all dates. Tried via Iberia and also got an error so it has to be an IT issue.
