BA keep emailing me asking me to upload my documents before I travel… They say it’s in MMB… but I’ve really REALLY looked and I can’t find where to upload my “proof of vaccination”.
Can someone please explain when it is?
Thanks
What is the route? Some routes use VeriFLY and others use an upload function in MMB, sometimes the email you get sent tells you to use the wrong one.
If you’re happy to use a desk to check in, or you have to anyway (dropping bags) then it can be sorted there too, you don’t have to submit your docs in advance but it does have the potential to speed things up.
I think the link to upload your documents only appears a couple of days or so before your flight.
I’m flying to Stockholm tomorrow. Verifly doesn’t seem to work for there.
In fairness, my flight to the States the following day also doesn’t seem to have anywhere to do it, although I can use verify on that route.
