Purchasing EVOUCHER issued by BA via third party

So on eBay there are a few evouchers for sale , just a couple of questions I’m hoping someone can answer
If I purchase the voucher and use it , say the flight gets cancelled and you ask for a refund , will the voucher go back to me or back to the person who I bought the voucher from in the first place
Also is buying these vouchers against BA terms

I don’t think selling them is a breach of BAs T&Cs in itself.

Personally I wouldn’t touch them with a barge poll.

If it was a friend then I would but not some random off the internet who could be selling the same voucher to several people.
