Purchasing Saudia miles ticket from Heathrow to Jeddah

Hi,

Did anybody had previous experience of booking and using their virgin points for a flight from london heathrow to jeddah operated by saudi airlines (saudia) on the virgin atlantic’s website?

I really want to know the exact baggage allowance being offered for economy class, its not mentioned anywhere when booking the flight,… only the miles are shown for the ticket i.e. 15,500 plus taxes.

If anyone could reply as soon as possible..

1 at 23kg, unless you’re STE/STEP or travelling to/from US/CA, in which case it’s 2 x 23kg. SV call economy “guest class”.

Thanks a lot , but i had contacted virgin atlantic and they confirmed me 2x23kg and when i contacted them back again just to confirm they changed it and said 1x23kg. That’s the reason its proving to be doubtful.

Operating carrier’s rules apply, so it’s 1 x 23kg. It is 2 x 23kg if you’re STE/STEP or to/from US/CA. Not sure what else you’re looking for.
