I need some help – I’m trying to figure out if there is some way to include stop-over in Qatar avios booking to Australia. Any ideas? or is it not possible?
Not sure why it would be an issue UNLESS adding a stopover means that the redemption is charged at the cost of two separate flights (LON-DOH, DOH-SYD) instead of the LON-SYD rate of 180k in Business.
That is the issue Rob. I can get redemptions as two separate flights (LON-Perth, Perth-LON) which works out more than the 180K Lon-Perth. I see with cash bookings you do get the option for a few days stopover included in the standard ticket price but was wondering if that option was available with reward bookings. I don’t think it is so will bite the bullet and book separate flights.
