Qatar Privilege offering up to 40 % extra Avios to convert Amex reward Points to Qatar Avios points. Amex in Brighton do not know anything about it. In fact they are still talking Q points or something. And Qatar think we can. I cannot see a link to Travel Airlines points conversion to Qatar. Is it only available to bank accounts though Qatar tell me its credit card points too. Is it me or them !!! (This is not about BA)
There was a forum discussion about this not long ago – I believe it is because Amex UK is not a Qatar partner so it won’t allow you to link/convert Amex UK points. Amex ICC would work or any of the other credit cards on the Qatar page.
