I was looking to make use of the new instant transfer from Amex MR to Qatar Privilege Club. However it now does not appear to be showing at all on the Amex MR page. Is anyone else having the same issue? I spoke with Amex support and they do not seem to be any the wiser as to how to help!
Missing for me too, I would imagine they’ve had some teething issues. I’m sure it will be back.

Yes about them now being instant i believe. Slightly annoying as i was looking to make a booking today – i’m not sure there is much i can do than to wait it out or to transfer to BAEC and wait a day for it to arrive.
A few of us were commenting about it in yesterday’s chat – all the transfers seem to have failed and the MR points have been refunded. I haven’t had anything from Amex acknowledging the issue, but there is a banner on the MR homepage saying QRPC is undergoing maintenance and unavailable until further notice. @Jackp27, I’d probably transfer to BAEC today as it doesn’t look like a fix is imminent.

It was already failing for me last Saturday.
I had a long conversation with someone at Amex where we both tried transferring 3 times from my MR balance to Qatar. Each led to a “rejected” transfer, despite the balance deducting from my account.
All MR points were manually restored during the call, but a ticket was created to investigate the problem and I was told to expect resolution in 2 or 3 days.Sounds like it’s a much wider problem, perhaps that’s why they’ve pulled the option while they fix it.
