Voucher: upgrading to Upper Class as Red?

Quick Question:

If I redeem 2 PE tickets from outside UK to UK, can I use this voucher to upgrade this 2 seats into business class?
If yes, as a RED member only, do I need to pay any extra points or just the tax etc difference?

Yes if there are UC reward seats available. You would be utilising half a voucher per seat as an upgrade voucher one way. You pay the additional charges/taxes but no extra points.
