Radisson hotel benefits with Platinum denied!

I know members have had issues with Radisson downgrading the Premium status awarded through Platinum benefits.
I had a conversation with Amex CS and they confirmed my Radisson account was showing Premium on their side, but Radisson had me as basic Club. Two calls to Radisson did nothing, they were hapless, and now this from Radisson CS in response to a Twitter message:
‘Thank you for reaching out. The Premium status you’re referring to isn’t connected to your AMEX Platinum card benefits. We recommend confirming eligibility for Premium tier directly through our Radisson Rewards program or reviewing your account activity. If you have additional questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to let us know.’
Has anyone had Premium reinstated??
