Rebooking but no ticket issued

Hi all

I had a canceled booking to Bangkok with BA which I managed to rebook via the call centre with Qatar Airways. I received a new PNR and it was sent to the back office for ticketing.

It’s now been around 72 hours and I still have not been ticketed. I am reading online that there’s a risk with bookings on partner carriers that they void the reservation if no ticket is issued within 72 hours.

Anyone got any experience with this? Thanks!

I’d call back in – BA do usually process tickets involving other carriers as a priority for this reason so something is potentially wrong (in the wrong queue etc)
