Receiving Barclaycard Voucher

I received an email from Barclaycard in March saying it’s time to choose your Avios yearly spend reward with 17 April 2024 bring the deadline.
I selected UG voucher.
I received an email today saying Edward, your next Barclaycard Avios Plus yearly reward period starts now.
But nothing in between saying the voucher has been issued, and I can’t see it in my BA account.
Any ideas?
Have you got the message in your Barclays app that your last reward was the upgrade voucher? If it’s not visible on your account page, or when you start an avios booking, you’ll need to get in touch with Barclays CS, which can be slow and frustrating, unfortunately.
When I got my first Barclays one, I couldn’t initially see it in the account on the B.A app. I was expecting to see it where you would ordinarily see the Amex 241 voucher. To see it, you need to press Reward Flights and then the Book and upgrade tab, you should see it in there. You won’t see it on the default Book with Avios tab.
I always book from my laptop and when I have both vouchers they show one above the other when I start an avios booking, so I can just select the one I want. I can also see it in my account under “e-vouchers”. BA IT, eh?!
So I have found something very strange. I went into ‘View your Avios’ on the Barclaycard app and right at the top where it’s says ‘Your Avios’ I noticed the BAEC number is my wife’s. I have absolutely no idea how this got there but it would explain why the last couple of months Avios have not credited my account and now the voucher as well!!

No I can’t see that as the earning period has reset and it’s onto the new earning year.
Still find it strange there was no email when the voucher was issued
What’s the longest anyone has waited for this to arrive in their BAEC account? It’s been 48 hours for me so far and I really need it to get here soon.
You have selected it, right? I think I had to wait a couple of days for my first two, but when they introduced the selection feature and I chose the voucher, it landed the same day.
I have, yes. Despite clearly doing that last year as I used it, I forgot this year (despite having earned it months ago) – so when I went to use it on Wednesday it was nowhere to be found. Selected it on Wednesday morning and now I’m getting itchy as there’s only one seat left in Business on the outbound.
There was a glitch/”known issue” recently; there’s a longer thread about it somewhere – I can’t recall what the last update was.
Oh FFS – I hadn’t clicked on ‘Book and Upgrade’, I just assumed (again, depite having done this before!) that it’d be in my voucher list.
At least the seat I want hasn’t gone!
