Think its 28 days so if you auto converted on 7th October you will be looking at 4th or 5th of November.
I tried to get some answers from nectar call centre but it seems to staff in India are just reading from a script and cannot answer you questions and cannot forward call back to UK.
Did manage to get them to escalate a complaint as no auto conversion happened on the 14th, 21st or 28th.
