Refund of FTV – how long?

I recently asked for a refund of a FTV which had a 241 companion voucher, 135k Avios and about £1.2k (I was prepared to lose the 241 as wanted the cash and Avios back). After weeks of Twitter DM’s BA confirmed the refund was processed on 24th Jan. I noticed a couple of days later the 241 had appeared back in my account with a March expiry date, which was a nice surprise, but BA can’t (won’t?) tell me when I will get the Avios and cash refunded – what are peoples experiences/data points with Avios and cash refunds in the last few months? Just trying to get an accurate idea of when I might receive it

We got the voucher back around 2 weeks after applying, and then the Avios arrived the next day. So it certainly seems to be a separate process.
