    Re Future Travel Voucher.
I have just been making a dummy outbound for next year with my refunded FTV only to find that despite BA refunding my money and Avios correctly, my 2-4-1 will only let me book economy. It was a Club Europe booking refunded and I want to make my reservation on Monday but not economy, for various reasons. I have a second 2-4-1 with a longer expiry date which works fine but want to use the refunded one first. The original booking was earned and made with the Premium card before they changed the reservation conditions but not showing that on my account.
Question is, with BA only answering calls to those in immediate dire straits, which I’ve recently experienced, is there another way of getting this sorted before I have to used the most current CV?
    First World problem I know.

If BA refunded the booking then this is a new booking.

You will need Club reward availability and seemingly there is none for the dates you want.

Is the second 2-4-1 the new style one? That opens up additional Club reward seats which is why you might be seeing them with one voucher and not the other.

@stevenhp thank you but there is availability of 4 CE seats on the flight. It’s when I click on the drop down menu it only gives economy as if I had been using the “new” free card. I tried a dummy one for other destinations as well to check and same problem. My understanding was that I should be restricted to just economy when I earned from the previous paid card.

That should say shouldn’t be restricted not should. Sorry.

Your voucher should have the same properties as it did previously – sadly I think the only way to resolve this is to call, and then to get hold of someone who understands the problem.
