Yesterday I bought a ticket AUS-DUB using vouchers and topping up with a credit card. I requested a voucher for the full cash amount of £1800 but received one for only the credit card portion of £520.
After 90 minutes on the phone this morning no-one could tell me how to resolve this until after the flight which is in June and I need to submit my expenses as soon as possible. Any thoughts please?

BA’s Finance Dept should theoretically be able to provide a printout of how ticket was paid. It’s reaching them that would be the problem.
You could try asking for help on Flyertalk, or @SamG or @ChrisC might know.
You could try calling the Executive Club to see if they can help.
I suppose cancelling the ticket more than 24 hours after you booked it (so they don’t refund to the original form of payment) and rebooking it might be a bit extreme 🙂 .
Does your confirmation email not show how it was paid?
Try requesting it from Finnair website . Getting a receipt from BA has been a problem for as long as I can remember outside of the most simple of transactions!

Lady L – the confirmation email only shows the £520 transaction. I should know – they have sent it 6 times trying to resolve this!
Cancelling for a voucher and re-booking is an excellent idea……except that I was rejoicing in finally having no more vouchers! But I realise that`s rather silly…..
