Retaining voucher after cancelling credit card

I’m just about to hit the 10k threshold to earn a voucher on my Barclaycard Avios Plus. If I cancel the credit card after the voucher appears in my BA account, will it then disappear or will it stay so I can use the voucher well after I ditch the card?

Sorry if this has already been asked and answered — I wasn’t able to find it in the main article or in the forums. Thanks in advance for any helpful replies.
