As the title says I cannot access the outbound
When you login there is this message
“There is a flight disruption on one or more of your upcoming flights. To continue making any further changes in Manage My Booking, please resolve the flight disruption”
The trouble is a refund is no good nor is re-routing at a later date.
Re-routing on the day won’t work because BA will only look at certain airlines, despite what the regulations state & court rulings. So we have had to buy our own tickets home.
Phoned CS a few times & had different answers everytime!! Might resolve itself, Have to wait till you get to the Airport, try 24 hours before check-in opens
Does anyone know if a manager at the call centreS can just click a button, that perhaps says “other” that will resolve the issue

You need legally to be seen to give BA the opportunity to provide your rebooking. So keep records of all your attempts in MMB and make sure you have phone records proving you made a decent attempt or two to reach them by phone and make your requests as well.
