Hi there – I can see via Seat Spy that on various routes – Toronto, Tokyo there is lots of redemption availability on the outbound leg, but little or none on the homebound leg. Or Tel Aviv – noticeably more availability on the way out.
Is this because of an imbalance in the release of seats between the two legs, or are many people only redeeming one leg?
(I can understand the old school Companion vouchers where the journey had to start in the UK meaning that the outbound leg was more subscribed than the return, but this doesn’t account for the homebound leg journeys being scarce)
