Reward booking reassurance needed

I’m probably overthinking both of these but looking for either reassurance these are both fine, or the early heads up to sort them out

First I have a companion voucher booking that (mainly because of changes I’ve made: flight change, name change (marriage), adding infant) has been stuck for quite some time in the ‘e-ticket not issued’ status that has affected a few on this forum. I am now assured this is resolved. My wife and I can both see our 125- numbers in the app. I couldn’t find a way to see my daughter’s but used the Royal Air Maroc website and it’s shown there. But mine ISN’T shown on there, just the other two. Am I overthinking if it’s definitely showing on the BA app?

Second I have a one-way Barclays upgrade voucher booking in Club where I have definitely only been charged the economy Avios, not the premium economy Avios. Club taxes/fees but economy Avios. Booked online and only noticed in hindsight. Do I need to highlight this?

No, two separate bookings. First is a return companion voucher booking for me, my wife, and my infant daughter. Second is a one-way upgrade voucher booking for just me.
