Reward booking – Tobago

Does anyone know why you can’t book reward flights to tobago online? Anyone been able to do this by phone?

I thought all reward bookings were to be done on the phone?

I am guessing Tobago is a dog-leg to another flight (Barbados / Antigua?) and the guaranteed reward flights either only valid for the first person to book either route, or are not offered to Tobago at all.

Tobago doesn’t even show on Seat Spy. As a ‘tag’ I think this is mishandled as a possible reward booking from London.
