I am trying to book 2 Economy seats with a reward flight with a 2-4-1 voucher from LDN to Lima next year. When selecting the flights, however, I get this error: Sorry, there’s a problem with booking this journey online. You can try selecting other flights or contact us so an agent can help you book the flights you have selected.
The flight are either Iberia operated only or Iberia+British. I tried all combos but still nothing. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing the error?
BA’s IT is causing all sorts of issues at the moment, you may need to call and get this booked over the phone. Have you also read the articles and threads on starting the 241 trip in Madrid to save on UK APD, though I don’t know if the saving would be significant for an economy booking?
If you’re using the code LDN for London that will be a problem.
I wouldn’t have thought you would get to the error stage without selecting an actual airport? But yes, it needs to be LON – which will then give all London airports as well as specific ones.
It is an airport code, just in Nepal.
‘BA dont fly this route’ was the error message when I tried it.
I can’t imagine either BA or IB fly to Nepal …

No idea, but I get the same problem whenever Iberia is involved – no problem with other partner airlines though.
