Reward Flight Saver Cancellation Fee

Am I right in thinking that the maximal Avios RFS options on Reward bookings have disappeared and therefore the minimal cancellation charge option has also disappeared?

If I book Economy LHR MRS then the maximal Avios RFS option is £13 + 26,000 Avios so I assume cancellation charge would be £13 even if I had booked using 9000 Avios + £ 127.00 option. Similarly in Club this would be £25.

I believe that I would not be charged the £35 fee stated in the Ts & Cs.

It used to be as low at 50p but I think those days have gone.

Am I right?
