Reward search not working?

Is anyone else having issues searching for redemption flights?

been trying since yesterday for a Glasgow to London reward.

Also tried to search on 2 singles.

It keeps telling me there was an error and to try later.

I had read that some long hall returns weren’t showing up, but that was all.

Is it me?

Not just you.
I had this issue last week for BHD-LHR. Try searching 1 way. I can get it to show outbound for BHD-LHR – but for me there is nothing I can find in August for LHR-BHD, even thought the rewards flight availability checker month view says there are flights available. I get the “error” message. I was hoping they would fixed….obviously not yet! 🙂

Thanks for confirming. It’s a strange one. I also checked Seatspy which shows availability. And I just did a search to Europe via LHR which works fine!
Might need to phine.
