    Hi all

I’m looking to book a redemption flight from:

    CUN > DFW > LHR

This isn’t showing as an available routing on BA award search, however the same route going the opposite direction is showing.

Would this be due to the length of the connection time or some similar problem and that BA can’t accept that? Is ringing BA likely to solve the issue if I ask them to make the reservation for me?

    Many thanks

Can you see the separate flights on ba.com? You need the lowest level of AA availability for BA to be able to book it, they can’t book everything you can see on aa.com

If you can see separately then calling they should be able to book as one trip

    Thanks Sam G

I should have been clearer to say that the booking is 50% BA metal & 50% AA metal. The outbound routing is available on BA.com as 1 journey but the inbound is not showing as available as 1 journey. Seperately each leg is available though so there is definitely availableility on BA.com.

    Thanks

If each leg is available then phone should be able to book it no problem, sometimes just doesn’t show up.
