Can anyone clarify for me. Are “segments” individual flights (for example LHR-MAD-ALC is two segments). And also, what is the qualifying period for earning status? I took advantage of the free Gold Sparrow and have now dropped to Silver Jay. I only credited two cash flights to RJ in November but it’s still saying 28 sectors to get Gold. Is it a rolling 12 months?
If the flights have separate flight numbers then that counts as two sectors / segments. Can’t answer the second question.
