Just looking to book a direct flight from London to Kigali . This doesn’t seem to be possible on Qatar website. I can book direct with Rwanda Air but can’t find a way to collect my Avios points/surmises with them . Can anyone help me ?
Qatar can’t sell you a cash ticket, in the same way that BA can’t sell you a cash ticket on Cathay, Qantas etc unless its a codeshare.
I would expect, somewhere along the line, you can add a Qatar Privilege Club number to the booking. If not there’s always a retroclaim but I can’t believe its not possible, either during booking, in Manage My Booking or at check in.
There’s no codeshare on the direct route by the look of it. If you want Avios you’ll have to go 1 stop via DOH.
