Same day change query

Hi All,

I read somewhere here that BA will do a same day change, even from a different city in the same country.

Is this also the case for reward flights or is it only paid flights?

Quite a few constraints:
Only in Europe
Same airports so same cities
Economy+ or CE only (no reward flight)

Only on paid flights. And not hand baggage only fares.

And they won’t change cities!
