I have PRG and ARCC cards and so does Mrs TedL, (about to cancel my PRG card). We both have supplementary PRG cards on the others account. We have now also applied for supp cards on each others ARCC card, Mrs TedL’s supp on my ARCC card is in the post and I have received supp card on Mrs TedL’s card. Bonus has posted for both cards.
When I look at Mrs TedL’s online account I see the same number of MR points on the PRG and the ARCC cards and if I look at the detail of points accumulated they are both the same, all transactions appear on both cards.
When I look at my Online account the number of MR points for each card appears to be entirely separate as does the detailed transaction info.
Anyone have any idea what is going on, which scenario is the norm?
When I cancel my PRG will those points move across to the ARCC card or do I need to do something?

Is that what has happened on Mrs TedL’s account, though it has never been asked for in the past?
The norm is the merged account. Think sometimes just not set up right.
