Not a location as such, but book a flight, pay using add a new card, and store for future use, then cancel the flight within 24hrs. This method of adding new card has worked for me, although I’m keeping the flight, and when I do a dummy booking for another flight the new card has appeared as the default payment option….
Of course that may just be a BA IT quirk but has worked for me.

I’m having exactly the same issue and it’s SO frustrating. My BA Amex card expired but it’s the only one saved by BA. I booked a flight, entered the new BA Amex card details and it just kept failing. I’d used the card elsewhere so knew it was ok, and I even called Amex to get them to investigate. They could see the payment attempts which had kept being bounced back by BA. Ultimately I booked with a different airline.
Got onto BA Customer Services who told me I just needed to go to ‘manage account / saved card details’. Even MORE annoying as that option doesn’t exist! And I don’t want to use another payment card, I want to use my BA Amex to collect Avios and the next Companion Voucher.
    BA site sucks.

I’m having the same issue as you. I want to update a payment card and there is no option to do this in the account. I also keep being asked to accept T&Cs, Use of Cookies and Privacy Policy. Surely once is enough, but no it keeps popping up! And heaven forbid you want to find a contact telephone number!! The BA club website is useless and not easy to negotiate!

I’m having the same problem. I want to update a credit card and delete some others, but there’s no option to do so. I also keep being asked to accept the T&Cs even though I’ve already done so. The BA Club website has become complicated to negotiate and the layout in some parts is awful. The previous one was fine, so why didn’t they just change the name on it and the section on how to collect avios, etc? Their website people need a reboot!
