Forums Frequent flyer programs British Airways Club Saved Payment Cards on new BA website

I am unable to find my saved credit cards on the new BA website. I want to add a new credit card but there does not seem a way to do that since the website changed. Is anyone else having this problem?

The whole website is a problem, no idea if this will work but it did for finding my household account. Type in search “ add payment card” and see if you can get in that way. Which is my tip for finding your missing household account!
    The whole system is shambolic.

Thanks. That worked for finding the household account but unfortunately not for payment cards. It just took me to the new BA website whereas searching for household account took me to the old BAEC page. Very frustrating!

It’s woeful and so time consuming, could you do a dummy booking get as far as payment page and it used to ask if you wanted to use saved cards or add new one, try that.

I have seen something about replacing payment cards during the booking process.

But then that requires you to book a flight.

    Not ideal.

I just contacted BA via webchat and the response was “We’re currently aware of multiple technical issues affecting executive account-related services. Our IT team is actively working to resolve these as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.”

Given the quality of the BA IT systems (old and new) and holes in the website’s security, I WOULDN’T save my CC details there.
Remember the BA data breach? How long until the next one?
