Seat selection on a reward saver flight

Hi.
Trying to book a reward saver avios booking. The website is not giving me the option to reserve a seat. There’s no option there at all yet if I make a dummy revenue booking I can select and pay for a seat
Am I able to buy a seat after my booking or is it randomly allocated at the airport?

Yes, once you get the booking confirmation, go back into it via your BAEC account or MMB and the option to choose the seat will be there.
