    Hello,
    I am getting the “no user with those credentials” error when I try to login to Shops Away as myself or OH. It was working midweek, but seems to have been down since yesterday evening. Just wondering if others had the same issue (in which case I’ll let it play through) or whether it’s me/us and I need to raise it with Flying Club. Thanks.

    I get the same problem.
    I called the help line and after been asked if my password was correct 😂.
    Told her I didn’t need a password for shops away!
    She then tried logging in to her own account and confirmed she was getting the same issue.
    She assured me that it would be passed to the relevant team for investigation.

    It was down for “essential maintenance” yesterday, all day, but seems to have come back up by now.
