Just spent an unsatisfactory 40 mins on phone with Virgin
!st query why my Siver status kicked in at 400 tier point when their website clearly quotes 300 points until March next year
Initially the girl claimed that it had been 400 points had “before she joined in june” Then checked with a supervisor and retracted that but still couldnt explain it. Transferred to another operator who tried 3 excuses – which didnt make sense and agreed to escalate it
While I wait to hear back has anyone had silver status recently ?
