Good point re the ESTA check. You do not want to mess this up. I recall a few years ago a reader’s sister (?) checked in at LHR with her ESTA but didn’t realise she needed one for her baby, and was denied boarding. IIRC she managed to get the baby’s ESTA and was moved to a later flight but it was a stressful few hours!
Do you know if there’s a cooling off period for making changes fee free to avoid the £35 per head charge?
Thanks
It’s 24 hours for cancellations, not sure if this also applies to changes.

There isn’t a cooling off period for making changes.
The only cooling off period is the within 24hrs of booking (nor BA Hols though unless made over the phone)
Once a change has been made the fee is charged (along with any fare difference).
Should you wish to reverse the change you’ll pay another fee.
