Southampton route cancellations

Our flight to Mykonos has been canned and no longer showing on the airport page so looks like the route has been scrapped. Guessing some others may have gone at the same time

@olly re-routing from heathrow is possible, but you may have to call.

Thanks Richie. Could anyone remind me of the distance rule about alternative airports where you can rebook – is it within 300 miles?

Not sure. BTW They cancelled my Kos to Gatwick earlier this year and I called and asked for ATH-LHR which they rerouted me on.

There is no 300 mile ‘rule’ it was a BA concession. The current BA guidelines are here:-

And as per the guidelines, Option 7 “Reroute to an alternative gateway within 300 miles radius of the original point of origin or destination”
