Saw the thread had been reawakened and spotted a couple of positive reviews for Sugar Beach. We stayed there on a BA deal along with Jade Mountain. Paid about a grand a night for each all inclusive and was rather disappointed with Sugar Beach. Staff couldn’t care less about you (seems like there is always a richer guest) and our butler did SFA for us. They described Jade Mountain as ‘our competition’ but they are not even in the same league.
