Start up company – Amex business card

Hi

Is it possible to apply for an Amex business card if a start up company?

I was just going through the application, and it is asking for turnover figures in the current year.

I am not aware they have a minimum turnover or minimum period of operation for a company. Just answer tryuthfully and give the zero turnover. The publised criteria are;

What you will require:

• Company Name and Registration number, as well as any further information on your Parent Company Name
(if applicable).

• Company Trading and Registered address must be in the UK.

• Details of all Directors, and any Beneficial Owners/Shareholders (owning 25% or more of applicant entities shares
or voting rights), or a Senior person who exercises control over the management of the company.

• Company Revenue/Annual Turnover.

I have seen a lot of startups with Amex cards and i assume it is a combination of your personal credit histiory and the above criteria.
