Stop expiry of Turkish Miles and Smiles points

I have 2800 miles expiring at the end of the year. Anyway to either use or extend these?

If they expire then you can buy them back at a lower cost than buying new miles. I think it’s 10USD per thousand miles compared to 25. I doubt it’s attractive unless it leaves you with enough for a flight redemption.
