Would love to see a thread for On-Business – still waiting for points to be refunded from two bookings in December that were cancelled after BA cancelled the flights. Always helpful to understand if “its just me” or BA is treating all its valued customers “as well”.
Think you could also start sub-threads on cancellations/vouchers, and of course the great double-tierpoints holiday offer. Cracking deal as long as you don’t mind waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more. 60-days is wildly optimistic.
Problem is many people can’t be bothered to look that far into the site and even when they get to the BA board they don’t even scan the first page to see if there is an existing thread on the topic they want to raise.
The site really requires some strict moderation / curation for it to become more effective.

Having a working search function would go some way.
Nothing stops you starting a thread called ‘The On Business master thread’ and starting with your question.
