My upgrade voucher says use by 12/10/24 – is it the 12th Oct or the 10th Dec?

It’s a year from the date you chose it
Coincidentally I just asked about this in the chat – is it book by or stay by? My expiry date is 4/2/25, so does the stay have to be completed by then, or could I theoretically call IHG on Feb 4th and ask it to be applied to a stay 2 weeks hence?
@qc Everything in my Reward Wallet is in UK date format in the app. On the website it will show whatever region setting you have, just logged in and it defaulted to US with that format, changed it at the top of the page and it changed to UK date format.

Mine is US date on the app and website.
It’s 12 months from the date you selected it, which (unless you wanted to use it straight away) should have been 3 months from the date you reached the requisite number of nights

It doesn’t say anywhere in the Ts&Cs which is typically dumb of IHG.
Since it’s 14 days before stay theoretically it’s 1yr+14 days. But then do we treat that as the beginning or end of your 5 day upgrade.

Intriguingly – in the app the expiry date is 10/12! I can’t see details of the upgrade voucher on my iPad anymore as when I click on Rewards – it takes to me a page with all of the IHG brands in a panel.
Can someone who has a Suite Upgrade voucher please check the expiry date in a browser compared to in the app? Thanks.
Mine says 4/2/25 (as in Feb 4th), but you never know with IHG IT, sometimes my stays all change to US date format between log-ins!

I should paid more attention to this – my account on the website had obviously defaulted to the US although previously I had set it to U.K..
