Swiss first class connecting with a Swiss business class

Am I allowed to use the first class lounge after my international first class flight in Zurich before connecting to their business class flight to London.

Yes, just show your First Class boarding pass as well when you enter the lounge. When I travelled with Lufthansa before Covid they had a private car waiting to take me directly to the lounge after landing in Frankfurt. Not sure if Swiss has this service though.
