So, I’m currently on holiday in Mexico* and looking to book MAN to CPT next summer. I’m planning to book the outbound leg almost as soon as it opens, and then add the return later.
However, my other half (who has a Companion Voucher expiring in late 2026) has forgotten to bring her BA Amex card, so (I think) we wouldn’t be able to book it on her account. Instead, I’ll have to do it on mine (Companion Voucher expiring in 2027).
Any idea whether I’d be able to switch over to her account (and voucher) when booking the return flight (for the standard change fee)? She’ll be in the room when I make the phone call.
* Muchos gracias to NorthernLass for tipping me off on ticket availability in First. It was lovely!
Just use her voucher and pay with your card, that is perfectly OK.
No you can’t swap vouchers, it would be a cancel and rebook.
