Terminal 5 First Wing access

I have BA Gold (thanks to Covid!). I normally travel alone but if I take my two pre teen girls on a trip, can we use the First Wing?

I’ll also be in this boat next week with 1 + 3year olds on Sat PM with my wife (I guess quiet for golds). Is there ever any flex?

Infants (under 2) don’t count towards your guesting limit. In my experience there is some flex with small children if the lounge is quiet and you ask very nicely, usually at the t5b lounge.
