Just trying to OLCI for a flight tomorrow
Have ticket numbers etc, it’s just to the EU, have double checked passport details in APIS and all are good.
Any idea why BA claims I don’t have the right documents for travel? All 5 pax on UK passports, all with plenty of time left to run.
I saw this appeared to be a problem back in the summer with various reports cropping up on FT, but it was to do with passport details not being added properly. Do i just forget about it and assume all will be OK in the morning?
Thanks
Perhaps you need to provide vaccination proof for the destination ?
No, Austria has no requirements now. In fact does anywhere in the EU?
Also plugged my passport into the iata tool the ba site links to but again nothing untoward there.
In case anyone is interested, got to the airport and was checked in no problem at all. Agent asked if we had boarding passes, I explained no because ba.com told me the passports were all invalid.
No questions asked, and card bp’s issued!
So clearly this problem hasn’t gone away but it relates to a summer 2021 itin that was partially flown.
