Does anybody use this BA feature ?
It seems an easy way to add my son as we both have B’card vouchers to use ,which as I understand it, means I can easily book online both of us, without his formal ok.
I could add him to my household account, but that doesn’t help making two bookings at the same time, particularly if having to call to book with two individual vouchers.
All the call centre will require is my unique nominee password.

Rob made a post about this once.
For online bookings surely what you need is access to his account, not needed to be a third party nominee.
This is used for phone communications.

I think you’re going to have 2 separate bookings anyway because the vouchers are on different accounts, so you could either make them in rapid succession yourself or both of you log on and book simultaneously.

In the long Barclays thread, there may be some data points about using one voucher on the outbound, and one on the inbound *because the trip itself starts in the UK* but I think you might have to be lucky to get an agent who would see it this way and make the booking (which would have to be done by phone).

According to the agent…’set up nominee….create
unique password ….call us to make the booking, assuming seats etc are available……we can immediately see both accounts with vouchers …and can make the booking/s in one go…debit the Avios….pay your dues…and confirm to you immediate confirmation, of two separate bookings. ‘

Seems to me this saves having to run two devices,(or one device and being very quick,) one for each account, and without the risk of losing, ‘ 2xCW seats left’, etc.

He said you should be able to do it on line, but would be a lot easier to call.
