So, with a large stash of Skyward Miles set to expire I’ve bought some football tickets (standard tickets)for Arsenal. The confirmation email says the tickets will be emailed to me 2-3 days before the match day. It’s the first time I’ve bought tickets with Skywards, is this normally how it works, will I really not even know where in the stadium the seats will be located until 2-3 days before the match?
I was hoping to sell the tickets to try and recover something for the loss of the Skyward miles.

They used to make you pick up the tickets on the day in the club offices but this has now changed and I believe they drop into the app (may be activated via the email).

Yes, but the authorities clearly don’t care, they turn a blind eye to many large operators reselling football tickets.
