Hello. I have read here that BA can allow you to use the flights taken on the first two weeks of the new BAEC membership year towards the previous one. Is this guaranteed or just a favor they do from time to time? (In our case it would mean she gets silver 👍)
PS: I also understand that you need 600 tier points for that. They won’t allow you to use both the two weeks grace period plus the 450 tier points offer
