Tier points on oneworld partner airline

Hi, looked to find the answer but just more confused. If I’m traveling on a oneworld partner flight, with my BA exec number on the booking, will I receive any tier points? This flight wasn’t booked via BA but with the partner airline directly.

You may have to chase them though, it’s an unreliable system.
